I had dance for the first time in a year today.
It was painful, and my split absolutely sucks, but it felt so good to just stretch my muscles again. I know it sounds silly, but just moving felt amazing. Ughh my legs feel all stretched and strained and warm. It hurts, but it’s a good hurt.
